great breakfast selection. staff were all very friendly. pool was great . we used the gym a few times and this was a great facility to have located near the ;pool.

we only booked for bed and breakfast - would have liked to be able to purchase lunch .. if pool bar did lunch snacks like toasties / small salads / filled rolls

Location central , not too big and friendly professional staff. Room size good and we had lovely view of the sea from our balcony .

Second stay and this time we were given a disabled room . Good they have them but shower was more a wet room and toilet seat raised , preferred our first stay room .

Okay but not great value for money

Great location, decent breakfast.

Facilities are a bit dated. Room air conditioner kept turning on and off throughout the night. AC is centrally operated and not able to control individually in the room. Reception staff could be friendlier rather than having a suspicious look most of the time. Maybe it’s that time of the year but >90% of hotel guests were retired couples.

The staff at this hotel were super lovely & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for our group of 10. It was really clean and comfortable and the pool area is super lovely.

Nice place to stay in the south.

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The maid was very nice as were the rest of the staff.

Everything seemed to be extra. Extra for the safe, extra for the towels, extra for the lounges, extra for the parking. We had to ask for the safe key - really? 3 euros per day? We had to ask for beach towels - really? A 15 euro deposit? Why not give a card that must be returned? We had to ask if it was ok to park where we were just to hear that there were 6 free spots and the rest were 18 euros per day! Why not just let your guests enjoy the use of the hotel without feeling squeezed - charge 10 euros more per person per stay and don’t make the guests feel like you need to get more? That is like the airlines charging for your seat!

We had a fabulous time, and would definitely return, providing entertmt managers are still there

I hope you are paying your entertainment managers/ staff well because they honestly made our holiday . The difference to the vibe/ atmosphere was so much better when they were working. We loved Manu and all he did - pilates class, and Thomas & Deigo were fantastic, always engaging with residents, but not too pushy either. Their shows were great.

When i first arrived at the hotel, i was quite disappointed, it is average, the location spoilt it, being on a main road, although i appreciate not much you can do about that! The Bar isn't big enough to seat everyone - shame Restaurant food was only ever warm, got a bit samey after a week, but ok ( salads were our favourite ) Bed mattresses were too hard

Excellent breakfast, very friendly & helpful staff, Easy check-in & check out. Cleaners every day. Location is excellent as its slightly back from the main strip so noise isn't an issue late at night. Enjoyed our stay!

The bedroom in the suite is very dark with just a little window up high This was not shown in any of the pictures so would recommend a photo is included so people know what to expect. Hangers in wardrobe were dusty. Also you can hear the toilets/showers from neighbouring rooms. All just minor areas for improvement.
